We’re so excited to welcome Oz Arshad back to Empower for another full day of actor training. Plus a 90 minute American Accent Coaching Session with the brilliant Fiona Boylan, a qualified Accent Coach! Fiona will guide you through practical techniques to strengthen your American accent, helping you build confidence, authenticity and versatility for screen work.

Oz is an accomplished writer and director who recently directed on BBC’s Waterloo Road and is currently directing a brand-new children’s television series. Alongside his directing work, he also teaches at MetFilm School, where he continues to mentor and develop emerging talent.

What makes Oz such a fantastic guest is how genuinely invested he is in actors. Following his last Empower workshop, he cast one of our very own attendees in his latest project, and several others have gone on to work with him through MetFilm School. He is incredibly generous with his knowledge, creates a relaxed and supportive environment, and knows exactly how to help actors produce truthful, compelling performances.
