🎭 Live Performance & Casting Feedback – Attendees will perform in front of Emma Stafford (Casting Director) and receive direct, constructive feedback.
🎤 Q&A with Guest Speaker Christopher Deakin – Gain insider knowledge on acting, filmmaking, and creating your own opportunities in the industry.
📜 Pre-Assigned Scenes & Partners – Scripts and scene partners will be sent one week in advance, ensuring you have time to prepare. Booking closes one week before the event (Sunday, 20th April).
With over 20 years of experience in TV, commercial, and film casting, Emma Stafford has worked on major projects, including BETTER MAN, directed by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman). She is currently developing projects with Sony, two feature films, and two TV series. As a CDG and BAFTA member, Emma offers expert insight into the casting process and what makes an actor stand out.
Christopher is a Manchester-based actor, writer, producer, director and acting coach with credits in BBC’s Doctors and the 2024 Northern Tour of Danny Echo. His filmmaking career began in 2017, and he has since written, directed, and produced multiple films, including Gone Fishing (2025, MancMade Productions) and In His Place (optioned by Mother Pictures). Christopher also runs filmmaking workshops for actors, helping them create their own work and navigate the world of independent film.
